Service Administrator

NovaCopy is seeking to hire a Service Administrator for our Nashville office. This challenging and rewarding career opportunity will be located at the front desk of the office and will ensure a positive customer experience while also aiding our Service department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims with manufacturers.
  • Monitor real-time alerts and take the appropriate action.
  • Administer the company’s ERP system for service related business functions.
  • Manage inventory stock levels, back orders, including communication with the customer for supply items.
  • Manage item returns with various vendors ensuring proper credit to the company and our customers.
  • Produce and distribute daily reports.
  • Routine sorting and mailing of printed customer invoices and statements.
  • Assist with job-applicant testing systems.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft proficiency (Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)- along with the willingness and aptitude to learn new programs
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Outgoing personality, professional demeanor is a must
  • Ability to multi-manage
  • Solid work ethic- this includes good attendance, ability to follow procedures, and excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and data entry skills
