This position will provide Information Technology (IT) support to all NovaCopy employees. NovaCopy employs a diverse population of end users that often have high priority customer-facing job responsibilities that require assistance outside of normal business operating hours. The ability to provide a variety of remote support methods and adjust to changing priorities is critical to the success in this role. The Systems Administrator will primarily be the first point of contact for end user requests for IT support and will escalate issues to other IT team members as needed.
Monitor IT tickets, email, inbound phone calls, and in-person requests for IT support at all times.
Respond to requests for support with excellent communication, prioritization, and resolution.
Uphold all IT related policies and escalate questions and concerns to the Systems Manager.
Maintain accurate inventory of all company computing assets.
Assist other IT team members as needed.
Proactively, and reactively, work with customers to resolve DCA issues.
3+ years of experience in an Information Technology support role.
3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Microsoft SharePoint in an administrative and support role.
Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
Normal business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Workload will routinely require additional hours to be worked.
The environment is fast paced with frequent priority changes and interruptions.
